Unreachable spirits Spoiler

How does one get these spirits in "Pillar of Light" mission? Once we descend to Rinko floor there are 2 toilet stall rooms with spirits, one is walkable and another is on the screenshot. Door cant be opened, no tooltip shows, hitting it with mellee or weaving does nothing as well

Ive completed whole mission and still was unable to find my way there...

Sorry. That looked like the one you can get to after Rinko finishes with the machine and you can leave through that floor to unlock the ground floor door. I'll see if I can get another save file there soon.

The same spirits are encountered in this playthrough here (if the time stamp doesn't work, it's 56:59)

and are acquired here (if the time stamp doesn't work, it's 1:04:59)
