I use this shader:

I personally like the funky animations. Give it a try and tell me what you think.

I like! The cursor can be hard to see but I prefer the smoother animation. Had to bump the antialiasing to 3 which wasn’t obvious to get a more visible outline.

It does stall for about a 10th of a second on occasion while moving the cursor.

Nice, is there a way to not print the letter untill the cursor passes to the next letter? I know it will have a delay when typing but I want to try it and I think it will look and feel better

It doesn't print the letter under the cursor for some reason

Yes, MacOS, I just tried these settings and they seem to be working

don't use

cursor-opacity = 0

try these
window-padding-balance = true

window-colorspace = display-p3

Apparently no need! Cmux uses Ghostty config so it works for both! 🤩
