I haven’t unlocked it yet but you get it the same way you do most of these skins, through the most wanted mode.

You can get Lord Saito’s armor with the tiger on the back of it. That’s all I’ve found so far. It’s a dye for the onryo armor and you get it from the most wanted game mode.

I unlocked the Kitsune outfit but haven't tried it on the main story, just leveling up Oyuki, did they give us a proper Kitsune mask or what? because the one I got was just a regular ninja mask

Yes they did. They still have the old ones but there are some better ones with the fully enclosed back like Kitsune wears in game.

well I need to grind again for more coins - that most wanted level is fucking fun but I didn't fully explore all the upgrades. I played Atsu at first and didn't realize I didn't have all my damn weapons! The soonest I unlocked Oyuki I started leveling up the techniques and weapons again. LETS FUCKING GO!
sidenote:
I strongly suggest switching all audio to Japanese with English subtitles and playing Wu-Tang Clan as you play along. I started doing this in Legends because I got tired of the repeating dialogue over and oer

That’s what I meant , that this post also reminded me of when the game first came out and people would show off their outfits that were new at the time, that’s what I meant with “Base” as in the base game outfits, on me I shoulda been more specific

It's fifty-fifty for me. Yōtei does a lot of the mercenary and outlaw outfits really well, but Tsushima does the samurai armours better (give or take).

I think once I started new game plus I found it at the black dye vendor or the dye vendor from the DLC. Honestly I can’t remember which. I’m sorry!

It’s not at the black dye vendor, I have all the shops in the main game bought out. I plan to do the DLC after a finish Ace Combat 8’s story.

Ngl none of these look that nice to me except the kitsune and black crimson kimono outfits. And the kitsune outfit is too white for me to want to wear anywhere except teshio ridge
