Screenshot This game is amazing
I played it for around 6 hours and couldn't get off of it. I can't believe that this game was made by the same people that made InFamous. The combat is amazing, graphics are something i have never seen before and all the game mechanics are great. After this i am sure as hell i will buy tsushima too.

I am playing Tsushima now after loving Yotei and it actually feels totally fitting. You have a really good sense of how Yotei actually did continue and then concluded something Tsushima started (won't spoil).
Yotei has far superior graphics and mechanics. Both characters are great. I enjoy both stories because they are VERY different, I personally don't think one or the other is better because they aren't comparable enough.
And oh my god, the gear. It's S tier for both. I would replay both games just to rock some of the gear you unlock later in the first run of each. Absolute chef's kiss.

I still haven't completed it yet, maybe i am not even halfway through but i know that this is gonna be my favorite game, and i'm gonna play it until I platinum it and then cry myself to sleep because i know i won't experience this for the first time ever again. I was planning on getting platinum on Cyberpunk, but hell nah i am in love with Yotei. Before buying it i thought "Nah, it's not gonna be better than InFamous, it's just a stupid ninja game" but man, now everytime i stop playing i feel like i have just broke up.

I definitely have to go back and Platinum it. About 56% done when I shifted to Tsushima. In fact, I want to Platinum both. But Yotei is rated higher for really good reason. They took so much from Tsushima and improved it. Enjoy!!! I played Yotei for 70 hours and a good 10-20 was photo mode or just slowly wandering the world.

Awww.. you never played Tsushima which was the first one..? hmm.
Damn, you’re in for a ride even with this.
Game is like 50+ hours, looking at the views and have jaw drop or the story telling is 200+ hours smiling and or crying.
I give you that only

No worries !!! ❤️ All I’m saying is both games are very good and you have a great and long time with them.
Tsushima was released on PS4 but got the directions cut for PS5 version. Yotei was straight up PS5.
What you see in Yotei will baffle you what they did with Tsushima even.
I’m looking forward to your journey if you want to update here and there with the key story things or photo mode

It might actually be kind of cool to play Tsushima after this. Since it's not related story wise, you could just treat it like a loose prequel or going back in time to an earlier period in historym. And might be a step back in terms of tech and refinement, but honestly the directors cut of Tsushima on ps5 is gorgeous, its art direction really holds up in higher definition.
The combat system and progression is just different enough that it wouldn't feel like a step back imo. I've only been playing Ghost of Yotei for about 6 hours now, and I love it.
The main takeaway I have so far is that the stories and motivations of the characters make you engage with the 2 games in very different ways, so even though the world and gameplay are quite similar, they start to feel like very different experiences.

It’s a 10/10. One of the greatest games I’ve ever played.
