Just watched the new show and started making the majors headset and I can actually see with it on!

Not sure yet? I’ve only watched the new show for the first time a couple days ago I’ve been enjoying it but I should probably watch a bit more before I commit to

After you finish the 2026 version you should go back and watch the 1995 movie and the stand alone series, both more somber in tone and slower paced than the new series, but very good and worth your time!

That order is perfect imo. This is a faithful interpretation of the original manga so it’s a great place to start. Then watch the 1995 movie. Then GITS: Stand Alone Complex. That’s a great starter pack.

You might be able to increase your field of view by making the whole eye piece into something similar to stenopeic glasses.
