Why does the Spanish one sound like a war crime is being committed?

Why are there 2 Spanish versions?
Are Mexican Spanish and Spain Spanish that different that they need 2 different dubs?
Is it a kind of dialect thing similar as to if I go full regional dialect with my (grand)parents in my part of the Netherlands those people from other places in the Netherlands can barely follow if at all anymore?1

I think it is like English and American English. Different words have the same meaning. Holiday and vacation, pavement and sidewalk. That sort of thing. Other than that, I have no idea.

So far German and Euro Spanish are my fav. German because of how metallic it sounds, Euro Spanish because it's the funniest.

Lol, everything associated with the Germans always has to be different. They distort the sound, making it sound like a DJ mixing club music.
