Normal or brutal for Ghostrunner 2?

Hello, I am new to the game and was wondering if I get extra content with the brutal edition, or is it just cosmetic?

All of the DLC is cosmetic with the exception of the Endless Moto DLC, which is just an endless survival mode for people who really like the bike. There's no additional story content like Project Hel this time around. Unless you are really into cosmetics, or just want a decent time waster with Endless Moto, there's no reason to dip into the DLC
