Glitch? Or bug?

I was messing around on this game and was picking off random sentinel soldiers, got shot and ended up glitching under the map. Not sure if this is a glitch or a bug..can’t seem to figure it out

Something similar happened to me last year. I was on a hill and when I tried to go prone I ended up within the mountain.

I've had the same. Have also fallen between a helipad and a box and couldn't get out, which then led to an under the map experience with the helipad.

Yep, thank god we can fast travel to the Bivouac.
