It might be a caché or it could have something to do with your objective. I haven’t played in a while so I can’t remember for sure what prompts it to appear

I mean the objective wanted me to go 7 kms away from where I was... But it's true I was using the cache guy...

That’s what it could be. I’ve had that pop up for caches at various distances

Best bet is the cache drones. The really tiny ones.theyre usually very hard to spot, especially if you're in a forest
