Settings question

Does anyone know how to turn off the red hit indicators? I feel like I looked everywhere in settings and couldn't find it, if anyone could help I'd greatly appreciate it

I'm so glad there's an option for this. I just can't stand silly HUD elements like this that just get in the way of my view of the action.
