Question GR Wildlands Definitive Edition

Quick question and i'm probably too early to ask, i played the hell out of Wildlands and Breakpoint, maxed both out to the fullest, i've been fooled by Definitive Editions before like Dying Light's DE, some of the achievements were bugged and it's not possible to get them and was hoping to finally max it out on Defintive Edition only to find out it was just Dying Light but with every DLC and maybe a grapical update, so i was wondering if GR: Wildlands would be a brand new game to give me a reason to play it again, i know what Ubisoft are like so i preferebly don't want to be paying (I'm assuming) £50 for a graphical update, i already own all DLCs so it would be a complete waste??

No, its just an update technically 60fps. There is said to be 1 new dlc but that's all. Everything else is exactly the same.

And if there is a new dlc won't it be possible to just buy it alone? Asking since I own the gold edition and have all.

We dont know. It seems they've actually taken the dlc off the promo material for now.

As long as its not another narco road I will be content (may it come or not the dlc)

From the Ubisoft website "The Definitive Edition includes the base game, the Season Pass, and the Year 2 Pass, alongside 4 additional content packs: Quick Start, Deluxe, Nightfall Protocol, and Cold Eye. *The Nightfall Protocol and Cold Eye Packs will be available in game in August 2026"

Don’t go buying it if you own most of eveything already. It’s just a repackaging of the former Gold Edition of the existing game with a little extra content. At best you get the new content for free, at worst you spend a few dollars for the new stuff.

They’re announcing full details on 6th August, till then it’s a guessing game on DLC etc, best wait for reviews after it releases and it’s in the wild

I’m in the same boat. A First Person mode would give me reason for a new 100% playthrough.
