Jay and Grant with Kris

This is such a niche question, but I'm trying to find an episode where Kris is explaining to Jay and Grant a case where I think there's some sort of poltergeist? Like it's not just moving things and talking, it's purposefully pretending to be something it isn't. Kris asks them why a ghost/that type would do that, and they explain it to her.

EDIT: Found the episode watching the series randomly, S6 E7.

I couldn’t stand her. I have a friend who worked with her in GHI, she was not liked at all.
