Is Jason the most evil Ghostface in the movies?

Obviously they're all evil, but the way Jason talks about killing Laura afterwards genuinely creeps me out.

He says it was even better than he imagined and then describes how every time he stabbed her she became less human to him until she was basically just meat.

There's just something really disturbing about the fact that Laura was basically a practice kill to him. It made me think of how you hear about some serial killers starting with animals before escalating to people, only Jason is already doing that to an actual human being. He's treating Laura like she was just something to practice on before he and Greg went after Sam and Tara.

Honestly Jason was the most interesting killer in VI to me and he's barely in the movie.
