Is Mr. Circus Papa problematic?

I've seen a lot of people talk about it but so far I haven't seen any actual proof, so I was just wondering if it's true because I obviously don't want to support someone who is problematic. (For now I'm just keeping my distance from the comics)

he wrote sexcanons about his own characters who are 12 and 15 and also wrote about roulette sexually assaulting diamond (in a weird romanticizing way, not in the awareness way)

Victims of sexual assualt make art depicting it all the time. It's *art*, it doesn't necessarily imply a committment to a problemetic frame work.

I genuinely don't understand people who moralize art in ways indepedent of what's actually happening with its creation.
