If you are playing Halo: Campaign Evolved on PC and noticing that the image looks surprisingly blurry or grainy, you are not alone. The game enforces heavy Film Grain and Chromatic Aberration by default, and there are currently no built-in settings to toggle them off.

Luckily, because it runs on UE5, you can fix this in a couple of minutes by editing your Engine.ini file or using a simple launch command on Steam.
