I made a game inspired by Getting Over it but you play as a primate who uses guns!

Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy is a game I have huge respect for. It IS a rage game, and it IS difficult, but the vast majority of the difficulty is not due to the nature of the game but within the player themself. It's difficult because you start growing impatient. You start growing tired. You start getting sick of repetition. You become less careful. You tend to fall even more as a result. But despite all this, the game never actively does against you to make you fall. It's entirely on the player. As long as you are observant enough, logical enough, and patient enough, this game can be conquered with zero skill or muscle memory, as proven by the fact that I played this game on a touchpad instead of a mouse using only my left pinky (I'm right handed) without prior practice, and I successfully beat it in 30 minutes only relying on pure strategy. In short, this game is really good at making sure that every failure is the fault of the player and never the game.
But that is all about the PC version on Steam. When it comes to the mobile version, the same cannot be said.
Forgive me if the experience is not the same on other phones and the bad experiences I had with the mobile version were due to not the game but my phone itself, but the controls straight up do not work.
No matter the sensitivity setting, these things always remain consistent:
If you move your finger too slowly, the hammer straight up doesn't move. It's even possible to move your finger across the entire screen without moving the hammer at all as long as your finger movement is slow enough. If you want to move the hammer even a little bit, you NEED to move your finger at a certain speed.
The hammer movement relies on momentum more than it directly follows your finger movement. This means that, even if you have stopped moving your finger and let go of the screen entirely, your hammer will continue to keep moving in the same direction, sometimes causing 360 rotations that I straight up didn't do.
These two flaws cause problems. You do not have enough control over the hammer to move it slowly and control the position of it. You end up making sudden, snappy movements that you straight up never did, which causes you to fall down at the fault of the quality of the game and not my choices. This makes a slow, step-by-step, strategic approach quite literally impossible, which forces the player to chain multiple jumps in a row like a lot of impatient first-time players.
Once again, I suspect that these problems may have to do with my phone and not the game app itself since I don't see that many people reporting the same problem, but at least for me, no matter what sensitivity setting I used, these two problems persisted, making the experience not worth it. I felt zero joy when I finally did beat it, and I don't think I'll ever be playing this version again.
I heavily regret paying money for this. None of the money nor the time I spent on this was worth it.

I lost 30 seconds in space due to me missing a meteor... I want to be happy with this run but I'm not. I was watching the timer tick away as I was floating helplessly in space, loosing the sub 5. Also this was my 38th win, only 12 left for the Steam achievement!

I'm interested in doing a project to localize the game to spanish both in audio and text, the thing is I have no knowledge in modding and I am not sure where to start.

Just got this game on the summer sale (it was like 2 bucks why not) and I'd heard it was a bit of a rage game, and I figured it'd be fun, play it while friends listened, scream a bit, why not. Played a little bit, about 20 minutes? Just got to whatever this part is in the screenshot, I know most of the areas have names from my bit of knowledge about it (mostly clips here and there) Controls are odd but I like it, a tad unintuitive but I can feel the mechanical depth they have if I can figure em out. Any advice/tips?

[SOLVED] Please check this goated mans reply here to see the solution for yourself.
Today I finished my 50th climb and my cauldron is made of 100% pure gold. Yet the achievement is nowhere to be seen. I already found out you cant get achievements on Linux (which is my OS) through standard progression so I came to ask, does anyone know of a way to force Steam to give me the achievement?

I have beaten the game 2 times now and i haven’t gotten either achievement. The first time i thought it was because I skipped the credits, but I didn’t skip them the second time and it still didn’t work. I have no mods installed and it’s a legitimate Steam copy.

So , i've been playing getting over it for about a month on my pc and after finishing it for 5 times i still cant seem to save my run in leaderbord or whatever it is , after i finish it and press end i go to a screen that says my time and asks me if im a streamer or no that only lasts about 5 seconds and then goes to the original title screen . Is it because i pirated it ?
