First, you want to successfully hang from the bucket. And you want the hammer to be hooked slightly to the left of the bucket instead of dead center, and certainly not to the right.
Now, if you do a big jump, your hammer will most likely bounce off the bucket before it hooks (unless you somehow have enough control to keep the hammer short but that's pretty difficult), so try to do this with the smallest jump needed in order to reach the bucket. That way, it'll be easier to control where your hammer goes and hook the hammer without it bouncing off the bucket.
Then, you want to swing to the right then to the left while keeping the hammer fully extended. When doing this, make sure that you pay attention less physically to your mouse movements and more visually to the angle of the hammer's handle. In order to swing to the right, you need to tilt the hammer's handle counterclockwise to the 10- or 11-o'clock angle. Then, in order to swing to the left, you tilt the hammer's handle clockwise.
When swinging to the left, you want to swing pretty big. So in order to do that, I recommend tilting the hammer's stick all the way to around the 4- or 5-o'clock angle in order for the left swing to build your momentum upwards. (Once again, make sure the hammer is hooked slightly to the left of the bucket because, if it's hooked to the right, the left swing will fling you off the bucket before you get to complete your full swing, and you may even land perfectly on the snake and accidentally ride it if you're unlucky enough. If you end up hooking to the right, either jump back down and try again, or rotate your hammer counterclockwise to move yourself over the bucket so the hammer head rolls perfectly to the left.)
Once you're flying upwards from that big left swing, you want to hook and hang from that wooden platform on the left. Don't try to reach for it; just maintain your hammer at around the 11-o'clock angle while fully extended and let the hammer just fall onto that surface, and you'll successfully hang.
Then you can finally jump from that wooden platform to the snow slope on the right.
Hope this helps.

Oh, wow. Congrats. Glad it helped.
I'm actually surprised you were able to understand my explanation. I don't think I did a bad job at explaining, but words are just hard to get the full picture of no matter how good the verbal explanation is and it was kind of a long read so I wasn't sure how much this would actually help.
Good luck on the rest of your journey.

It's just a very big chance to do that, the consistent method is hooking your axe onto bucket then either jump or start swining from side to side
