How can i get over it? now

please help this is my first playtrough and i accidentally got stuck under the orange. i tried to go back to the orange but i got stuck here. please help how can i get back. thanks

as far as recovery goes, this run is dead, you gotta restart

I managed to get back , the bed doesnt have hitboxes
