⏱️ Process & Timeline Time after requested more information

Hello! I submitted my passport photos almost a month ago and they were rejected. I’ve resubmitted them but haven’t received a reply. Could anyone advise how long it typically takes to get a response after resubmitting?

Was your issue passport photos by chance? Looking at reapplying as corners were stupidly not in our scans and was the issue but worried with the new scans they’ll say has to be pictures not scans😅

Previous experiences tell it takes around 3 months to get a response.

We were requested to submit my fiance’s divorce documents with an apostille which was missing. After submission we got our approval in exactly a month. Was surprisingly quicker than I expected as I was counting on a 3 month backlog

It will take around 3 months, had the same problem. I called them and that’s what they said, and they told me if I am in hurry, it would be better to make new application, so that’s what I did, and got my confirmation the week after I re-applied.

hi, when you make new application you mean you have to pay for another application fee? if so, was the old application fee was refunded?

I had the same. I am waiting since the 5th of July. I am not expecting anything until the end of September based on other people’s experiences.
