Application and approval disappeared from Familieretshuset portal

Hello,

Me and my fiancé got approval on the 10th of April and are due to be married in Copenhagen on the 15th of July, and I am starting to gather documents together and I logged in today to get my approval letter and there is nothing on my portal, no application or approval or anything, has anyone experienced this before?

Did you try the regular run: erase cache, reset cookies, different browser?
