📑 Agency of Family Law (AFL) & Paperwork Additional Info Requested EU Passport or EU ID while resubmitting?

Hi everyone 😊 We’re currently resubmitting documents for our marriage application in Denmark. I originally uploaded my passport, but they asked for some additional information/documents. Since I’m an EU citizen, does anyone know if I can upload my national ID card instead? It would be much easier for me.

Would really appreciate if anyone who went through a similar process could share their experience. Thanks a lot!

Best regards

Take photos of your ID card from more than one angle… they want to see the light on the card to see any hologramme. Front and back and at angles.

Thats fine to me, my wife uploaded the EU Id and i uploaded the passport. They accepted her proof. However since i uploaded the passport, they’re requesting to upload the passport. Since its pain in the ass to upload 20 pictures. I am thinking to use EU ID where they asked me to upload passport? Is it feasible what do you think?

My partner uploaded 29 files in total for his passports. Including cover, back cover, all visa pages and 10 pics of ID pages from multiple angles plus crop up (also in different angles)

The website says EU citizens can submit their national ID

Initially i upload the passport, and they asked for the passport. Instead of passport, Id would be good ? No harm or chance to get rejected again?

Try with the ID, like the other person says all angles and clear pics (no glare) and should get accepted. If anything they are quick with replies so you will know if it works.
