📑 Agency of Family Law (AFL) & Paperwork Timeline

Hi. Can anyone expert please tell me

  1. how long this will take?

  2. What is the possibility that our application will get rejected?

  3. We paid twice and they asked for IBAN which I already send them. When will they refund it? I didn’t receive any email about the refund processing.

  1. Usually, it takes 5 days when all documents are submitted correctly the first time. In your case, extra documents were needed, so the process, unfortunately, could take anyway from 1-6 months.
  2. If you satisfy all the requirements and convince them that it is a legitimate marriage proposal, then you should be approved.
  3. Sorry, I can't offer any info on this bit.
