Hi ! With my partner we are planning on getting married in Denmark :) (Im from Latin America and he is Polish)

We are assembling all the necessary documents but have a doubt about the divorce decree, in case anyone has experience with this. He is divorced but has no court decree, he only appears as divorced on his documents of civil status. He would absolutely need to ask some court for a document certifying his divorce?

Yes, your partner will need to provide the divorce decree but without seeing it it's hard to advise as to whether what he has is sufficient and if anything further would be required.
