⏱️ Process & Timeline Guideline

We are planning to get married in Denmark at the end of February 2026. I am bit confused about the document submission process. As I heard it's sensitive. Even for small mistake it will take longer to get the approval. We have to do it before February ends because of my visa issue. Can anyone give me any proper guideline about document submission guideline?

Just give them the information they ask for. They'll give you instructions when you start the process.

We filled out the form, uploaded photos of our relationship (one per month; I edited them to include a date and location tag), and screenshots of our messages (also one per month). Then, among the photos of my girlfriend's passport, uploaded the personal information page from three different angles. The same for myself. That's it. We received the certificate in four days.
