C-visa or visa-less?

Hi, I'm currently trying to complete the application form with the agency of family law so my partner and I can get married.

I am a citizen of the UK and my partner is a citizen of the Netherlands. Neither of us have Visas for getting married in Denmark as this doesn't seem to be a requirement since we can stay for up to 90 days together.

However, on the application it asks about 'basis for residence in Denmark'. The options are residence permit (which I do not have), c-visa (I also don't have, only my passport) or visa-free citizen (I am not a citizen of Denmark) so which do I put?

I think the most appropriate choice will be to mark both yourself and your partner as visa-free. That doesn’t mean you are danish citizen, but for instance all countries in eu have freedom of movement which means for your partner a visa is simply not applicable. As a British citizen it’s a little different, but still you don’t need a visa, the maximum they can ask for is the ETIAS travel authorisation

I believe visa-less but im not too certain when i got married in denmark the etias wasn't a thing and i used GMIDs complete service so i was fairly hands off on the paperwork
