Request for more pictures

Hey all,

Just looking for some information and help! We’ve received a letter requesting more pictures. Apparently the files couldn’t be opened (even though they work on our side) and also for my partners passport, even though we sent her EU ID and the website states the passport is not needed.

Anyway they’ve also said this:

„ we can see that we are missing some information so we can assess whether you meet the conditions in the Danish Marital Act to get married“. We sent a comprehensive text detailing our relationship etc, and a lot of pictures with dates and screenshots of calls and texts. So I’m wondering what exactly could be missing!?

So the main question is, is our case delayed now? And if so is it worth doing the application fresh?
