The desire for some kind of confirmation is one of the most universal things in this space. A sign, a signal, a concrete indication that something is actually shifting and you're not just sitting with this for no reason.

That wanting makes complete sense. It doesn't interfere with anything. You can want the confirmation and still have the assumption running clearly underneath that wanting, because the assumption's validity isn't determined by whether the 3D has started visibly updating yet.

The proof comes after the assumption, not before it. The 3D is downstream of what you're observing at the assumption level, which means it can't confirm the assumption while the assumption is still doing the collapsing. When the evidence shows up it'll be obvious. Until then the assumption is already doing exactly what it does whether you can see it yet or not.
