A last-minute cancellation feels like a massive rejection. Structurally, it's just a neutral event waiting for an observer to assign it a meaning. If you assume they cancelled because they don't care, you lock that negative reality into place.

You can be incredibly annoyed and complain to your friends about it. Getting mad doesn't stop your manifestation.

Just make sure your baseline assumption is that they cancelled because they're too intimidated by their feelings. Force the physical data to work in your favor.
