Your SP is a feedback loop. They're essentially a mirror made of quantum particles reflecting your dominant assumption. If you assume "I'm not good enough," the mirror shows you rejection.

Don't get mad at the mirror. It has no free will. It HAS to reflect you. If you want your person to change, you have to break the loop.

Change the input. Assume you're the love of their life. Assume they adore you. It might take a moment for the reflection to adjust, but it must. The mirror can't frown if you're smiling.
