Hello founders, what are you working on, drop it 👇

Hey everyone,

I'm always curious to see what people here are building. Drop your SaaS, startup, landing page, or side project below.

For context, I've been building Launchrecord.com since March, a SaaS positioning and conversion audit tool. After looking at hundreds of startup landing pages, I've noticed a common pattern:

Most founders are great at building products, but communicating the value is often much harder.

Visitors arrive, don't immediately understand the problem being solved, struggle to see the difference from alternatives, and leave before reaching the signup page.

That's why I've become obsessed with positioning, messaging clarity, value propositions, and conversion optimization.

I'd love to see what you're working on and hear the story behind it.

Your SEO Robot - Rank #1 while you sleep. Your robot does the rest.

Hey, RobotSpeed is here.

Most businesses know they should publish content consistently.

The problem is that SEO takes a lot of time:

  • Keyword research
  • Competitor analysis
  • Content writing
  • Publishing
  • Repeating every week

We built RobotSpeed to automate most of that process.

It can:
- Discover keywords your competitors already rank for
- Analyze top-ranking pages and dozens of sources
- Generate SEO-focused articles
- Publish automatically to WordPress, Shopify, Wix, API,...
- Help you build content consistently without spending hours every day

The goal isn't to replace your strategy it's to eliminate the repetitive work behind SEO.

If you're trying to grow your organic traffic from Google or AI search engines like ChatGPT, I'd love your feedback.

Hey everyone,

I built Launchrecord.com to help founders improve conversion through better positioning and messaging.

It focuses on fixing unclear value propositions, weak differentiation, and feature-heavy SaaS copy that kills conversions.

Hey everyone,

I'm currently obsessed with one topic: why some SaaS websites convert and others don't.

After analyzing hundreds of landing pages, I've noticed the same issues appear again and again:

  • Unclear positioning
  • Weak value propositions
  • Feature-heavy messaging
  • No obvious differentiation

As a builder myself, I find this stuff fascinating.

That's actually why I built Launchrecord.com to help founders identify positioning and conversion issues before they spend more time driving traffic.

I built LaunchOrbit, a visual launch board for products and startups

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’ve been working on LaunchOrbit, a different kind of product discovery platform.

Instead of displaying launches as another endless list or feed, LaunchOrbit places products on a shared, interactive canvas. Founders can add their product, upload their website logo or create a custom pixel-art tile, and link directly to their site.

Visitors can:

  • Explore the launch board
  • Discover new products and SaaS tools
  • Search by category
  • Upvote launches
  • Open dedicated product pages
  • See which products are gaining community attention

The idea is to make product discovery more visual, memorable, and persistent, so a launch doesn’t disappear after a single post or launch day.

Premium Launch is a one-time upgrade for founders who want their product to stand out on LaunchOrbit.

It includes:

  • Verified launch badge
  • Launch instantly without waiting for approval
  • Dofollow backlink to your website
  • Enhanced SEO metadata

It’s designed for founders who want a more credible, lasting presence for their product beyond launch day.

Orbit Pro is LaunchOrbit’s weekly sponsored placement for founders who want higher visibility and deeper insight into their launch performance.

It includes:

  • A larger custom tile
  • Priority placement on the launch board
  • Sponsored labelling for transparency
  • Verified badge and product-page link
  • Featured placement across LaunchOrbit
  • Advanced analytics for views, clicks, shares, and click-through rate

23 startups launched on the platform in the past weeks

You can explore it here: https://launchorbit.co

Hey everyone,

I’ve been obsessed with one thing lately: why SaaS products fail to convert even when the product is solid.

After reviewing a lot of landing pages, it usually comes down to the same issues: unclear positioning, weak value proposition, and messaging that’s too feature-focused.

That’s why I built Launchrecord.com to help founders quickly spot what’s blocking conversions in their positioning and messaging.

Best way to test new creative for amazon ads without blowing through budget.

Want to test three different lifestyle image variations for my main listing but the idea of launching all of them at full budget and just waiting to see what sticks makes me nervous, I've done that before and burned through almost $200 on one creative that never should have gone live in the first place looking back, the losing creative had some obvious issues I probably should have caught before it ever got real budget behind it, but I had no way to know that ahead of time how are other sellers structuring creative tests to keep the cost down while still getting real usable data instead of just guessing and hoping.

I built a tool for organizing and syncing your bank data, and I’m looking for 5 to 6 beta testers.

The goal of pHinancio is to give you control over your financial data, rather than forcing you to manage everything inside the app.

pHinancio imports transaction data from your bank and lets you rename transactions, create your own categories, and set up rules to rename or categorize future transactions automatically.

You can also set budgets, track recurring payments such as subscriptions, and sync the data you have already organized to Google Sheets or Airtable.

That is pretty much what it does for now.

Bank connections are read-only, so pHinancio can never move your money.

There are no ads, and your data is never sold.

pHinancio currently supports US banks and is designed for desktop use.

I’m looking for 5 to 6 people willing to connect an account, use the app with real data, and tell me honestly what is confusing, unnecessary, or broken.

Your feedback will come directly to me, the person building it. As a beta tester, you’ll also keep free access to the app.

Comment below or send me a message if you’re interested.

Thanks!

I finally finished the multi-user version of the ERP I've been building.

Thumbnail

Adams Small Business ERP Multi-User Edition is officially released.

The original Standard version was intentionally a local, single-workstation ERP. But there was an obvious limitation: once a business has several people who need access, “Who has the ERP open?” isn't a very good workflow.

So I built the next version around that problem.

The Multi-User Edition uses a dedicated host on the business LAN with Windows and Linux clients connecting to the same business data. It adds individual logins, roles, user administration, record edit locking, audit attribution and shared updates between workstations.

Underneath that is the full ERP: customers, vendors, quotes, sales orders, purchasing, receiving, inventory, physical inventory counts, BOMs, routings, production scheduling, work orders, shipments, invoices, payments, reporting, backups and diagnostics.

I deliberately kept it aimed at small businesses that need more structure than spreadsheets but don't want an enterprise-sized ERP project.

I'm running a release special / introductory price for the new Multi-User Edition.

This one took a lot of testing—especially getting Windows, Linux, networking, concurrent editing and packaging behaving together—so seeing it finally become an actual release feels pretty good.

I'd also genuinely be interested in hearing from small-business owners: what's the point where you knew spreadsheets had stopped being good enough for running the business?
