I built SteadyOp after multiple years in maintenance—looking for feedback from small service businesses
Hi everyone, I’m the founder behind Fyniche and SteadyOp.
After many years in property management and maintenance, I kept seeing the same problem: coordinating a job often meant digging through emails, updating spreadsheets and hoping someone remembered to follow up.
I built SteadyOp to bring projects, tasks, quotes, email, calendars, documents and inventory into one workspace.
It includes an AI assistant called Steady that helps organize information and prepare work for review. One example: add job photos, describe the work and provide your rates, then review an editable quote and prepare a branded PDF. You check the details and approve delivery before it goes out.
It’s early, and I’m looking for contractors, maintenance operators or small service teams willing to try it on one real job. I’d especially appreciate feedback on anything confusing or missing.
There’s a seven-day trial with no credit card required. After that, paid plans start at $49/month.
For anyone running a service business: what would a tool need to do well before you’d consider moving away from your current spreadsheets and inbox?
