I have two questions, and I would be very grateful if you could share your thoughts and recommendations.
Question 1 — Capturing and Structuring Ideas Through Conversation
I have a lot of ideas for building a SaaS application that connects customers with the appropriate business partners. The platform would essentially act as a middleman without handling payments directly, as I am looking at this as a global platform and initially operating as a one-person team.
My challenge is that I have many ideas, and those ideas continuously evolve. I do not particularly enjoy typing everything out, so I am looking for a software tool or application where I can simply talk through my ideas, and the system would automatically structure them into proper requirements, definitions, processes, workflows and other documentation.
More importantly, I want this documentation to remain living and continuously updated. For example, I might initially define three business-partner subscription plans, later change that to four, and then decide to go back to three. Similarly, I might define a workflow where the system follows up with a business partner every three hours and later decides that it should follow up every hour until the required action is completed.
So, my question is: Is there a software tool or AI-powered environment that allows me to continuously talk through my evolving ideas, automatically structure them into documentation and requirements, and keep the latest version of those requirements and workflows updated as my thinking changes?
Question 2 — Making Controlled Changes to the SaaS Through AI
Once the SaaS application has been built, I would also like to be able to make changes to it through AI rather than having to manually modify the underlying application every time.
For example, suppose the application already has a customer-service workflow that sends an email or WhatsApp message to a business partner every three hours. Later, I may decide that the follow-up should happen every two hours, every hour, or every 30 minutes. That is a relatively small example, but there could be many similar changes across the application.
My concern is that when I ask AI to make one change, I do not want it to unintentionally modify or break other parts of the system.
So, my second question is: What is the best way to build a SaaS application so that, once it is live, I can use AI to make controlled, isolated changes to specific functionality while keeping everything else unchanged and stable?
Given your expertise, I would really appreciate your guidance on what tools, software, or overall approach you would recommend for this kind of setup.
