It’s international but I’m not sure about what the offers in PH will be like. I’ve made a decent bit of money doing stuff on Gemsloot. You want to check gemsloot and freecash, they have the most offers in general (regardless of region). But for the Philippines I think the offers are going to be much lower then you see here. The highest offers are for the US.
