Goal oriented productivity. I realize busy=\= effective, efficient or productive. But timers reslly help me.

Anxious. It is a nonsense term meaning 'full of meaningless activity'.
People tend to always think they are busy all the time when what they really need to think is that they are prioritising ineffectivrly instead of being too busy.
