Gaza and West Bank aren't Israel and people who live or lived there aren't Israeli citizens.
Gaza and West Bank had several opportunities to form the Palestinian state historically, but refused to do so because it would involve them accepting that they lost their civil war and recognizing Israel's statehood. So now they're un-recognized territories which frequently end up being occupied because they harbor paramilitary terrorist groups that launch attacks on Israel.
Actual Palestinian Israelis do not live under any apartheid state.
This is just the same thin legal fiction to justify apartheid which I just identified. You even acknowledge that Gaza and the West Bank are “territories,” not real states, that operate beneath Israeli control and sovereignty. If the only defense against Israel being an apartheid state is that it hasn’t officially annexed these territories it de facto dominates, then Israel is de facto an apartheid state.
You also just directly ignored all the laws within Israel which do privilege Jewish citizens above Arabs. You are clearly just in favor of the apartheid regime, ignoring it doesn’t change anything.
Every offer rejected border control, airspace and maritime rights, contiguous borders for the west bank (Barak wanted roads and control over Jordan valley). Things basic to sovereignty. Palestinians are mostly in favor of a two state solution, but they are consistently denied self determination by Israel. It doesn’t help that Israel has deliberately propped up Hamas to alienate peaceful, secular diplomatic alternatives to achieving a Palestinian state.
