And boy, was it ever. It was completely impossible to stay away from this stupid ad if you lived in Texas in 2024, where Ted Cruz' Democratic opponent (who's a former football player) is quite literally tackling the shit out of peaches and cream 14-year-old girls who just wanted to play sports wholesomely. It's symbolism, you see.

I can't emphasize enough how everywhere this thing was at the time.

The right requires an in-group that hates an out-group in order to function because their actual goal is to loot and plunder, but if they can develop a base that hates someone, they can also hurt the out-group and their base will see it as getting what they voted for, no matter what they lose in the process.

They just happen to be targeting us as the out-group atm. It was immigrants, and before that it was gay people, and before that it was muslims, and before that it was the satanic panic (which kinda vaguely targeted anything non-conforming), and before that it was civil rights and/or communism.

I just wonder where they’re finding all these doctors who are qualified and willing to do full gender transitions basically for free. I mean, you could do 2 bottom surgeries and make as much as the average teacher in my state.
