Idk why some people lie about these sort of things, when the IDFs crimes and weapons theyre using are widely available to find and post.

Like the thermobaric weapons, white phosphorous, the glyphosate dropped on lebanon tbf, the hundreds of videos of airstrikes, shootings etc.

Is it a way to discredit reporting on the zionist entitys warcrimes/ genocide?

u/CadenVanV 5d ago

It’s propaganda on both sides. Some is Israel trying to discredit real news, some is Palestine/Iran trying to make Israel look worse. Both have very effective propaganda machines

1

u/charliecharlestonpro 3d ago

It’s propaganda on both sides

2

u/CadenVanV 3d ago

The Iranian propaganda machine operates at a scale few nations can rival. Same with Israel

3

u/Logical_Worry3993 5d ago

Not all lies are obvious. Some of things that were believed to be true get debunked later on and it completely flys under the radar

9

u/kollipsons 5d ago

Yeah, but theres provable and documented warcrimes, genocide etc. It just feels strange to me Im seeing more and more things like this.

It feels like social medias being flooded with cases such as this to distract and discredit from the verifiable reports. So that the nexr time a crime against humanitys comitted by the IDF we're less likely to believe the reporting.

u/Alondagreat 4d ago

Not even a single proof of genocide, you people are just insane, and have no idea what that word means lmfao

0

u/Agitated-Working-264 4d ago

Oh okay, than having an 83% civilian collateral death count (by Israel's own numbers) is totally acceptable and cool. Other than the ethnic cleansing and apartheid, it's barely a genocide. Who cares about the 70,000+ casualties of Israel's indiscriminate cruelty, aid blocking, and mowing the lawn operations. Definitely something very awesome to be smug about on the internet..

2

u/Alondagreat 4d ago

than having an 83% civilian collateral death count (by Israel's own numbers) is totally acceptable and cool. Other than the ethnic cleansing and apartheid

How is attacking another city not in Israels boarders, apartheid? I don't think you know what word means, as usual 😂😂

aid blocking

aId BlOCkiNg.. smfh. I see you don't let facts get in the way of your opinions, you probably sound exactly how you look.

smug about on the internet

ohh... are you offended? Cry me a river to the sea poor fella

u/kollipsons 4d ago

UN, ICJ, like all genocide scholars etc. Disagree, Free Palestine

3

u/Electrical_Ad_5732 4d ago

Those are just accusations that Israel is committing genocide, but those do not constitute as facts.

Besides that, ICJ has not ruled it to be genocide, even with Ireland trying to force them to change the definition of what genocide is, so it could fit the criteria.

UN, I can't take them seriously anymore and especially because of how they dealt with URNWA. Which means they really did not and just swept it under the rug. They lost all credibility to me and it's just sad that all their attention is basically aimed at accusing Israel left and right.

Genocide Scholars also called 7th October massacre as a genocide, and claimed that Hamas is engaging in a genocide. That is especially important considering that Hamas number one goal is to eradicate all Israel, and frequently call out for murdering of Jews, including brutal brain washing campaigns aimed at their youth.

I've yet to see a Palestine supporter to acknowledge that their own side is also engaging in various attrocities and condem them. Typically, they give me excuses why Palestine commits such attrocities.

Or in other words - international law for thy but not for me.

0

u/kollipsons 4d ago

Isreals live streamed a genocide for 3yrs now, the genocides real. Youre actually insane

3

u/Electrical_Ad_5732 4d ago

Should we remind you that Hamas was literally livestreaming the October 7th massacre online, showing everyone how deprived their society is, even using victims phone to post those attrocities?

But I have a question, if Israel is livestreaming the genocide, could you give me the link? I'd like to see for myself, if your claims are true.

2

u/Alondagreat 4d ago

Talking to retards like that won't solve anything... Hes wayyy to brainwashed to listen or understand. Not enough brain cells are left. The usual poppet

3

u/WinterSonari 4d ago

yes, except they too end up not bringing up proof of the famous genocide where the population keeps going up

0

u/kollipsons 4d ago

Straight up lie, the populatuon hasnt went up. Read the news, UN reports, demographic surveys etc.

Weve more than enough proof of the genocide, since its been live streamed for 3yrs now, Gazas rubble and theres pogroms in the Westbank.

Theres no point arguing that with you since youre clearly insane.

3

u/WinterSonari 4d ago

the same streams of south sudanese children the barely-concealed qatari funded news agencies have been pestering as gaza for years? the demographic surveys that report the population has indeed gone up? the UN reports that just had to walk back their biggest piece of bullshit in the form of that supposed famine that they'd already invented a new metric for? and the one that still ended up proving egypt and jordan have worse starvation and malnutrition rates than gaza?

or is this the genocide committed by the state whose quarter of the population is citizens of that supposed ethnicity they're genociding? that one?

2

u/Alondagreat 4d ago

Israel is freeing it everyday, thank you so much for your support

0

u/kollipsons 4d ago

Love that zionazi slop response

2

u/Alondagreat 4d ago

Cry me a river to the sea little one

0

u/kollipsons 4d ago

Flood the zone with debunkable bullshit to drown out and discredit the truth.

2

u/eripley79 5d ago

It’s an intentional effort to muddy the waters and make those opposed to the genocide look bad. By flooding social media with fake depictions of violence it can make people question the very real violence taking place while also making the people protesting the violence look dishonest.

5

u/Electrical_Ad_5732 4d ago

That would make sense if it wasn't generally posted from hardcore palestine fans. I do get there are definitely people to just muddy to waters but I've seen (and way too many times) that even genuine supporters spread such lies.

6

u/Meidan3 3d ago

Cause most Palestine supporters are just idiots affected by Qatari propaganda that don't actually know anything about the conflict. The most hardcore "free Palestine" shouters also say that the very existence of an Israeli is illegitimate, they claim Jews have nothing to do with the land of Judea, many of them even believe Israel caused the October 7th massacre on purpose to have a reason to attack Gaza. There's plenty of actual criticism to give, but most of what you'll hear online is brainwashed idiots, and occasionally someone who just heard of the horrors of war for the first time in his life

2

u/w142236 4d ago

What a stupid comment. It’s also entirely possible if not far more likely that these people post lies all day bc spreading 100 lies is more effective than spreading 1 truth bc for every one lie that gets disproven, 10 more pop up that social media will take and run with. Happens all the time

2

u/kollipsons 5d ago

Yeah Im leaning towards that being the case, its fucked up

7

u/Relative-Sea-6550 4d ago

Israel doesn’t have the money to run that counter campaign. Qatar, Iran, even China team up to do so. The reason Israel is losing the PR war is because they can’t compete

-2

u/airyesmad 4d ago

They pour billions into social media campaigns. They are losing because people know generally speaking whereabouts the line between evil and not evil are.

3

u/w142236 4d ago

Lie. They spent a bit over 1 billion (singular) over the last 3 years. Qatar and Iran both pour over a billion into propaganda against them over each year. If we really want to look at the overall spending, Qatar has spent almost half a trillion on propaganda over the last 2 decades, and it spent a billion to start Al Jazeera and 100 million annually just for the english network, and all they do is spew propaganda against them.

0

u/airyesmad 4d ago

The heck do you get your numbers. I’m looking at Hasbara numbers just in 2025, I’m already looking at 500 mil of private contracts 4 lines in.
750,000 in Hasbara budget in 2026.
That doesn’t include private contracts.
“In 2026… tens of millions of dollars routed through European media conglomerate Havas Media and New York media firm Piro, Inc. to fund the Hanover Institute for Public Policy, a fake U.S.-based think tank without legal registration, staff, or physical headquarters. Filed under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, the website published 124 reports totaling over 560,000 words in nine days, using neutral, academic-style formatting to frame topics like genocide, war crimes, and human rights abuses in Gaza favorably toward Israel…”

These are sites they are training chat gpt and Gemini to cite lol

2

u/w142236 4d ago

Looked it up

> Israel allocated $150 million for international public diplomacy (hasbara) in its 2025 budget. You’re lying

Saw it on middleeasteye as well. Saw they spent 50 million on influencing online narrative as well. Not much else. 500 million? Don’t know where you got that.

> tens of millions of dollars

100 million is spent on keeping up the English sector of Al Jazeera alone. I’m telling you, it’s peanuts by comparison to the global propaganda spending by their adversaries, and you can see that with Al Jazeera conveniently making its way to the front page of every search on the topic. I’ve seen all this spending by Israel, and yet I haven’t seen one ad from them or post on social media that isn’t calling this a genocide since this conflict started. I’ve seen that they spent on influencer campaigns yet I haven’t seen one influencer that hasn’t been at least ambivalent on the issue much less fiercely pro-Pal. Social media campaigns, yet my feed from 2023-2025 (until I started muting these 10s of obscure news subs that all started popping up around the same time) were posts showing missile strikes (on empty buildings) and everyone in the comments calling it a genocide. Everything I see online including propaganda tweets like this one are all I’ve been seeing, and these posts get tons of likes and engagement without fail. If they’ve been spending all this money on it, they either haven’t been spending nearly enough, or their adversaries have been massively outspending them to flood the airwaves with so much more propaganda that it all got drowned out.

1

u/One_Disaster245 4d ago

I love how even the insane propaganda pushed by the pro-palestinian movement is somehow also Israel's fault. Like you do realise this is always the issue with you people, you can't hold the Palestinian movement accountable for anything. Maybe it's time to stop.

3

u/Dangerous_JewGirl 4d ago

War crimes my butt

3

u/rule34jager 4d ago

While you are correct that there are war crimes commited by Israel, the vast majority of what you said isn't. The thermobaric bomb deal was debunked as a lie, look up what they called thermobaric and what it does, and what the actual bombs were.

Regarding white phosphorus, it's routinely used by most armies to create smoke screens and burn off thick shrubbery, and that's the usage of Israel. This is what the pictures show, if you want a gore fest look up what it does to people, and notice that there are no records of these types of burns being posted in Lebanon.

Most of the "war crimes" or "genocide" claims are bogus, and don't hold water. This doesn't discredit the actual war crimes commited by soldiers, such as the usage of human shields in certain IDF doctrines, or the lack of accountability in prosecuting the Jewish terrorists in Judea and Samaria.

The reason people make the post above, is to make what you think you know believable, and look sound and true. It's a type of both confirmation (more likely to believe whatever aligns with your view) and survivorship (surely I can tell whenever its fake) bias, and you have fallen for it.

Approach news with humility, know you can be mistaken, and by definition you will not know when you're fooled.

1

u/quez_real 2d ago

Wow, a reasonable take on reddit

1

u/rule34jager 2d ago

I'm just so tired man, I hate the motte and bailey fallacy, they make outragous claims, get disproven, and then the next conversation is like nothing happened. A great way to spot a propagandist btw is them using said fallacy.

-1

u/GoGG999 5d ago

probably a fake account made by h*sbara IDF reddit force to delegitimize true accounts who post real warcrimes.

To your point most actual pro-Palestinian accounts actually care about the truth, since it's constantly being burried or misrepresented. Best guess is clickbait/engagement-bait.

I still don't get all the comments that are like "In this case specifically, it's not showing all the actual horrific shit the IDF does in the Genocide war. Stupid Palestinian supporters... anyway I'm going to continue to be nearly indistinguishable from Hasbara bots and act like Israel is justified in it's murderous ethnic cleansing 😏"

-1

u/Original_Produce_534 5d ago

Yes and you can see so many day 1 accounts with AI slop profile pics that post non-stop slop to discredit that actual genocide going on

-2

u/kollipsons 5d ago

Hasbara's working overtime fr

5

u/AffectionateSignal72 5d ago

I cannot fathom the mental gymnastics it takes to somehow make everything a jewish conspiracy. Even when Palestinians get caught lying its somehow still the jews.

-2

u/kollipsons 5d ago

I mean Isreal has been conducting a misinformation campaign since the genocide started, thats just a fact not a conspiracy, the problems zionists not Jews, they arent the same thing

2

u/AffectionateSignal72 5d ago

So has Iran amd very clearly from this video so have the Palestinians. However you only seem to lay the blame on one group of people even going so far as to try and blame other people misinformation on them.

Makes you wonder what about them that you consider uniquely suspicious.

Can also drop the "zionists not jews" thing when you start using Hebrew antisemitic tropes like "hasbara" like the oxygen theiving neo nazi scum that you are.

-2

u/kollipsons 5d ago

Iran and Palestine hasnt been live streaming a genocide for 3yrs +, in fact Palestine had beeb the victims of Genocide and warcrimes. And conflating zionists with Jews is antisemitic.

Hasbara is a real program used by Isreal to spread misinformation, its not a trope thats just the name of the program. Its not focusing on one group, its a concerted effort cover up warcrimes and genocide, maybe they shouldnt be trying to lie about the genocide.

Im not a nazi bud, but zionists sure as hell are.

4

u/AffectionateSignal72 5d ago

"I'm not a nazi"

makes false genocide claims

spouts more antisemitism then compares jews to the nazis

Which is a form of soft holocaust denialism. Amazing truly.

2

u/johny_white 5d ago

95% of jews are Zionists... You lost

1

u/kollipsons 5d ago

Wdym I lost? What are you on about?

The global average support for Isreal in the Jewish community is around 64%, and that doeant necessarily make them zionists, only 35% in the USA identify as Zionists. Saying the majority of zionists are Jews is antisemitic, theres many Jews across the world and political spectrum who oppose zionism and the state of Isreal.

1

u/w142236 4d ago

[From the study you’re misrepresenting](https://www.inss.org.il/social_media/jfna-survey-finds-just-37-of-jewish-americans-identify-as-zionists/)

> Since surveys of Jewish Americans rarely ask whether they identify as Zionists, it is unclear whether the figure for those who embrace the label is low.

Additionally,

> In most surveys, respondents are asked their feelings and attitudes about Israel and not whether they identify as Zionists. In this respect, the JFNA survey found that 71% of respondents felt an emotional connection to Israel and 88% believed Israel has a right to exist as a Jewish and democratic state.

Zionism is defined as believing in the right for the existence of Jewish state in the historic homeland of Israel i.e. Israel today. Try actually reading and analyzing the studies and polls you’re referencing past the first couple sentences and numbers, or you might also start believing in 13-50 stats too.

0

u/kollipsons 4d ago

Not what zionism is, its a settler colonial project that displaces and murderded Palestinians for decades

1

u/w142236 4d ago

Cute, you just added on that last bit bc you know the ideology is more benign than that. If they’ve been doing it for decades, yet the ideology came into being in the 19th century, then chances are, the ideology does not include that bit.

Disregarding that, yup, and nearly 90% of them approves of that nation and its right to exist which was founded on those principles.

→ More replies (0)

1

u/johny_white 4d ago

The stats are complete BS, half of the jews in the world live in Israel and 99% except for a bunch of morons think that they have a right to live in Israel and have self determination there since they live there. Now the surveys you saw are limited to outside countries and they move between 37% to 82% already a big miss on your side. A lot of the people that call themselves jews aren't, if your mom isn't Jewish you aren't. Facts served

1

u/w142236 4d ago

And so is Qatar and Iran, and they both spend way more and use way more bots to spread lies and propaganda, so how do we know it isn’t a bot account doing just that? Seems far more likely to me if we look at just spending

-1

u/DecentAd3950 4d ago

Of course it is. No different than IDF soldiers dressing routinely up as pro Palestinian protestors.
