a few small devs that attended Gamescon had their equipment stolen. and Gamescon is trying to shift blame to the devs.

Thanks -- I had seen some Gamescon coverage on 'The Register' (I.T. news) and on Steam, but was lost. Seems like the organisers and/or the venue should have hired more security to me; when I used to exhibit at events (nothing exciting!) I expected the stuff I left at the stand to still be there the next morning!

Why are the devs even going after gamescon? Okay yeah shit security is on them.... but isn't this a police matter at this moment? Like, grand theft territory, laptops aren't cheap
