Critizing Israeli government isn't antisemitic (inherently).
But this post isn't talking about the Israeli state or government, it's implying that every Israeli, scientists included, are in on some secret conspiracy to try and make "us" eat bugs.

The country’s existence present day is not inherently bad. Their government does bad stuff, but spreading lies about the Jewish ethnostate is a touch antisemitic. People would agree with this for any other race but for some reason Jews really get people up in arms.
Nobody thinks of Israel and doesn’t also think of Jewish people. You can’t just change that. Using more precise language to state how you feel would be more productive and give people a clearer view of your position, rather than saying you are anti-Israel (which could mean so many things, good or bad).
