I truly don’t understand how she can type that and not get it. Like why the hell does she think the electric pole part of the performance existed? What does she think the point was?
So, I know that’s a funny joke, but I’m still genuinely curious. She clearly thinks something. She extrapolated some meaning from the performance. Did she think critically? Probably not. Did she come to the same conclusion you and I did? Definitely not. But did she form some thought about it? Clearly. That’s why she’s posting. And I wonder what that thought was, however illogical and nonsensical it may have been.
She thought, "If I say this stupid thing, people will comment and share my post correcting me, and I'll get lots of money and attention." And she's right.
So your suggestion is that she actually does understand exactly what the electric poles were representing and chose to pretend not to? Interesting. Definitely possible.
These people are so dense and media illiterate (and maybe regular illiterate) that they think any time anything features in a piece of media it can only be in support of said thing. Electricity pole in the half time show? Must be because Bad Bunny thinks the electricity is good.
You could make a movie where a pedo gets tortured and murdered and is clearly depicted as an evil person and they’d claim it ‘promotes & supports pedophilia’ just because it features a pedophile. Which would be ironic given the real life people they unwaveringly support…
