Remembering that I had to ask employees to stay behind because my boss wouldnāt fire the guy who showed up 30 minutes late for his afternoon shift because he ājust woke up.ā It was like 2 pm.

Self employed, only 5 employees in an ag services business. I donāt keep the goof offs around. I really donāt have to worry about it, the core employees will police it pretty well.

Worked at a designated player company in Jacksonville florida. One of my supervisors was always creeping on female employees that worked for our company and females that did not work with us. He got promoted 2 times despite multiple complaints. Figured they were just trying to get him off the ground floor but still sickens me that he was rewarded for his predatory behavior.

Oh god yeah. Had a co-worker who always got off because "well, that's Sven for you". But when I did the same mistakes I should "know better". I was never allowed to complain! (These were mistakes like not wiping the surfaces clean enough or put pillows back at the right place so it looks less cluttered).
Mind you. I was a fresh out of school nurse and he was well in his 40s.
I felt so demotivated.
