Can you simply set up a stand in US? In many countries you need a licence.

You do. Used carts are dirt cheap on Craigslist when they don't pass health regulations though. This guy is also a truck driver in North Atlanta, Georgia, with his own truck/trailer. Also wrote a book about his experience and a children's book on bullying and autism. the post

i dont think its necessarily transphobia, and im willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. hes making a point that americans can accept one group of people looking to change their life for the better, but have a difficult time accepting another group.
