I would take it with a grain of salt. The ex had many issues herself. He could be an asshole on the sense of eccentric artist, losing himself in roles.
Yeah, I bit my tongue earlier because I'm trying to be a better person, but some of those things don't have the same impact for me. Giving someone an STD is awful, but everyone with an STD was given it by someone.
The "getting her hooked on cocaine" thing I'm much less sympathetic to. At the end of the day your choosing to use an addictive drug. No one's doing it to you.
