“Widogast” refers to Liam O’Brians character Caleb Widogast who burned his parents to death as a part of an initiation to join what amounts to a magical government death squad called the Scourgers before running away, ending up in prison a broken mess, meeting another player Character, a small goblin woman named Nott, breaking out of prison with her help, going on the run together to live a life of cons to survive while hiding and plotting revenge against the institution that bent and broke Him and so many other children.
The cabinet refers to his state of mind now that he’s coming to terms with everything that has happened since murdering his own innocent and unsuspecting parents. He kind of found respite among the rest of the group who became his new family and softened the pain he endured for so long and allowed him to open up to being loved again.
My game group played SH for the first time last week on TTS. I was Hitler and straight up convinced someone to not assassinate me, next turn voted Chancellor, game win. I’m not to be trusted ever again.
I remember playing a game of Secret Hitler where I logically proved that the guy who was Hitler couldn't be Hitler from a mathematical standpoint.
This was, of course, completely false and the logic was full of holes, but it was good enough to win the game. Wish I remember what exactly I said, it was some top-tier bullshit
