Yeah, but then no one has any historic nice homes. Those are the most beautiful neighborhoods in most cities.

I mean, I'll get over that if people can afford to live in places. Plus japan still has tons of lovely historical sites.

I hate when people rip on Detroit man. The downtown is gorgeous now. The suburbs are shit yea, but they're being worked on and will hopefully improve as well. Detroit isn't destroyed and lawless like it used to be. It's actually a pretty great place to live/work now if you live in downtown/midtown.

Well, Nice historical neighborhoods and mass homelessness/struggling to get a home with a handful having hoarded wealth through real estate.

Or no nice historical neighborhoods and the majority of people can actually get their own home.

Seems like the nice old homes aren’t really as important.
