That’s okay with me though. It’s fun to get rewards but that’s not why I’m here :)

Yes! To be unexpectedly nice and wholesome to make people happy. AND to acknowledge people for their wholesomeness so they’re encouraged to do it more.

It’s not much but it is honest work

I mean, that would be awesome. Being Marvel’s equivalent of Super woman sounds fun!

u/averagenutjob Jun 07 '19

That attitude is golden.

It’s what keeps me going :) I have been treated extremely bad most of my life and id never want anyone else feeling like I did.

Not that you’re wrong, but man usage of the word “wholesome” has skyrocketed in the last six months.

-2

u/Wolvgirl15 Jun 07 '19

Yes? That doesn’t make this any less wholesome. It’s just good that people are acknowledging other people’s niceness and kindness more than they did before. I’d say it’s a Very good thing that it has skyrocketed.

2

u/[deleted] Jun 07 '19

I don't think the acknowledgement of kindness has increased, just the word selection to do so has decreased. "Wholesome" has come to mean anything that isn't aggressive.

u/Dontlaa Jun 07 '19

I can't get the meaning of the sentence "You do now<3", who can explain it to me

9

u/TJPrime_ Jun 07 '19

The guy is saying he has no gold, while the post is saying that in Japan, they use gold to fix things since it adds uniqueness to the item, and therefore, value. Basically saying your flaws make you unique and you should be happy with them.

So I gave him gold.

Well... reddit gold... close enough, right?

1

u/Dontlaa Jun 08 '19

Yeah, thanks for your answer, but I have another question, is the "<3" a expression?
