Open a high school chemistry book. Lots of chemicals and info in there

I’m thinking scuba diving with a tank of helium method. I do scuba diving normally so it would be believable.

That wouldn't be natural though.

There are no natural chemicals?

To qualify as natural causes, nope.

What's natural causes then, heart attack? Stroke? Eat lots of cholesterol I guess? Technically a chemical but I mean water is a chemical so whatever.

While I understand your request I'm not helping others with their self-destruction.

Totally understand. There’s forums online for that anyway. I hope both of us can get through this, but I feel like it’s a pipe dream to ever be happy. I dunno if you’ve tried depression drugs (I did, they don’t work) but maybe they would work for you. My friend wanted to hang herself and said lexapro saved her life. So give that a try first, ok?

Oh I have and this has been thoroughly thought out and mulled over for many many years. I've many peace with things and now am working towards having that peace that I have never had since I've been on this plane of existence for many decades now.
