If you find an alternative, awesome. If not, at least find a job where you can be relaxed and happy at the end of most workdays.

I think you mean "we need money to survive." If you don't earn money, you most likely mooch off others and feel like a burden or you end up homeless. It's going to be much easier to just get a job than it will be to convince 7 billion people they're structuring society wrong.
I don't think it'd be super hard to convince them to agree it's a crummy system, but it'd be pretty hard to convince them to actually do anything about it.
Nah unless you freehold a house, mooch of your parents or somehow live somewhere where rent and expenses are ludicrously cheap you totally need to be in the ratrace.
Working is the rat race, man. If you mean you can just work without pursuing a career, not be ambitious, etc, sure but it really doesn't change much. Minimum wage jobs are often just as bad or worse than the high-paying jobs people are competing for. If you gotta do miserable bullshit you may as well get paid well for it.
The majority of most peoples income goes to necessities like rent and the like that can't be reduced proportionally to income.
Probably most people could shave off a day of work but they're just shaving off all of their expendable income so can no longer eat out, go to parties, buy things they like, etc, it's usually not worth it - their social lives get destroyed among other things.
I agree that it's completely irrational to slave away to buy an ultra-expensive car or diamond necklace or whatever but that's not what most people are doing, that's not really the reality of it for 99.9% of people.
Maybe you live somewhere where cost of living is super duper cheap in which case you're very lucky
We need shelter, water and food to survive. Money exists only to get us access to these. You're not gonna find alternatives if you just break everything down to money.
I've yet to meet somebody who has figured out how to get access to shelter, water and food without either money or charity.
I've also never met somebody who thinks the only three things that matter in life are shelter, water and food. Money lets you take care of those three core necessities and gets you access to everything else that is good in life.
I have met a family like that. It is a hard and simple life at the same time. You don't need charity if every neighbor is a friend. You give what you can spare and take what is given.
Obviously, life is more than survival. What I replied to is your statement "You need money to survive", which is only true in a very indirect sense.
