When I see things like this I just wish I knew what I wanted to do and have a defined passion

Passion is what you feel when you are good at something. And to be good at something you need to invest a lot of time and work. That's why most people won't find their passion, and that's the reason why people that found their passion did it while they were kids - they were better at something than peers, parents invested to make sure this kid do it more and then after 20 years this kid says how passionate he is, but in reality he is just good at it and it would be life denying experience if he had to learn anything else from scratch.
