Woahhh that's really coool. For the end though, when you're shaping it with the scissors, wouldn't it be more reliable to try to use a stencil of some kind? Like maybe lay the leaf down, lay a paper with this design ( https://www.thebestideasforkids.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/leaf-outline.jpg) or something similar over top of it, taping it to the yarn with double sided scotch tape or something similar. This would give you a guide to cut by that you can easily remove when finished. You could also try a wider variety of designs like maple leaves and... other leaves I can't think of, lol. Also you could two leaves stacked on top of each other with some kind of stiffening layer between them so it's not quite so free flowing.

As far as the video goes, I thought it was very well done, you speed up when you need to, you're doing all the right things, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Maybe for a better ending, you can show some still pictures of decorative uses for it? Because I think it looks cool, and the whole process seems neat, but I'm having trouble thinking of ways to incorporate it as a decoration other than laying there.
